Visa

             Kindly use these documents (NOC, MHA, MEA, MHRD) for Conference Visa (We need not provide any clearance document). Please note that the Organizing Institutes (IIT Hyderabad and University of Hyderabad) are "Central Educational Institutes" of India.

Valid visa is required to enter India for all nationalities. Visa can be obtained from the nearest Indian Consulate/ Embassy to you. Upon registration, a letter of invitation will be sent to you that may be used for VISA application. In addition MHA clearance certificate may also be required (we expect to receive the certificate around mid of June). Please let us know by email if you face any difficulty in the application process.  Also please note that for participants from outside India we request you to complete the registration as early possible so that the visa can be obtained in time.

Kindly provide your Passport details by the early registration deadline so that we can place the request for visa clearance.

Please note: Govt. of India guidelines: Visa participants from (1) Afghanistan (2) Iraq (3) Pakistan (4) Sudan (5) Foreigners of Pakistani origin and (6) Stateless persons can be issued only after Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA), India clearance. Therefore, online application for Visa must be made at least 60 days in advance.
