The symposium will be held at the CCE and Academic blocks of IITH. This facility is equipped with state-of-the-art auditoriums for plenary sessions and ample foyer space for poster presentations.

How to reach IITH

IIT Hyderabad is located in Sangareddy, approximately 50 km from the heart of Hyderabad city.

✈️ By Air:

Rajiv Gandhi International Airport (RGIA), Hyderabad is about 65 km away. Cabs (Uber/Ola/Meru) are available and take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours to reach the campus via the Outer Ring Road (ORR).

🚆 By Train:

The nearest major railway station is Secunderabad Junction (approx. 55 km). Lingampally Station (approx. 25 km) is closer for those coming via Mumbai or Bangalore routes.

🚌 By Road:

TSRTC buses ply from Patancheru to Sangareddy. Participants can get down at the IITH Main Gate on NH-65. Internal campus electric shuttles are available from the gate.

  • 24-Hour Check-in Policy: Check-out is 24 hours from the checked-in time. Retention beyond 24 hours will be charged as an extra day (subject to room availability).
  • Identity Verification: Guests must present a valid Photo Identity Card, Passport, or Temporary Residence Card upon check-in.
  • Strict Prohibitions: Smoking and consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited across the campus premises.
  • Room Key Handover: Handing over room keys at the reception desk for housekeeping and cleaning is mandatory.
  • Linen Service: Change of room linen is conducted once every 3 days.
  • Provisional Booking: Bookings are provisional and subject to cancellation at short notice in the event of emergency requirements from the Director's Office.
